How I Made Delicious Hot Honey Chicken Salad
First, I cooked up some chicken breasts until they were fully cooked through. I let them cool slightly before dicing them into bite-sized pieces.
While the chicken was cooking, I prepared the honey garlic sauce. I mixed together some honey and garlic until well combined. Then I added a splash of hot sauce for a nice kick. I tossed the diced chicken in the sauce until thoroughly coated.
Next, I thoroughly washed some romaine lettuce leaves and chopped them up. I placed the chopped lettuce in a large bowl.
For the dressing, I chose my favorite ranch. I poured a good amount over the greens and mixed it all together.
After that, I diced up a red onion, bell pepper and cucumber. I arranged them nicely on top of the dressed greens.
Finally, I sprinkled the coated honey hot chicken pieces all over. It smelled absolutely delicious at this point!
For the final touch, I grated some cheese over everything. Then I divided it between two plates.
The flavors really came together – the sweet and spicy chicken paired perfectly with the crisp vegetables and cool ranch dressing. It was a colorful and satisfying meal. I’m definitely making this one again soon!
