1 large clove garlic

1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1/2 teaspoon Fresh chopped thyme or a small handful of thyme sprigs 

Tips 

– Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth or paper towel. This removes any dirt.

– Cut the mushrooms into pieces around 1 inch wide or 1/2 inch thick. 

– Heat a pan and add a splash of water. Put the cut mushrooms in the pan.

– Cook the mushrooms until the water goes away. 

– Then add oil to the pan.
