Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add oats and protein powder to a jar and stir.
  • Pour in milk and mix until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds and sweetener.
  • Add strawberries and mix gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Stir before eating and add a splash of milk if needed.
