  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons flour, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir constantly to evenly coat the beef mixture.
  • Blend in 1 cup of sour cream, stirring well for a tangy creaminess.
  • Pour in 3 cups of beef broth and let it simmer until thickened, enriching the dish.
  • Add the potato slices and simmer until tender, allowing their starch to thicken the sauce beautifully.
