Ingredients
  

  • 25 radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder or paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash, dry, and thinly slice the radishes.
  • Toss slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and crisp.
  • Let cool slightly before serving for maximum crunch.
