  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray.
  • Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently 4–5 times.
  • Pat dough to ¾-inch thickness.
  • Cut into biscuit shapes and place on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Cool slightly and serve warm.
