Vegan Strawberry Frosting

Strawberry season has arrived, so I’ve decided to make vegan strawberry frosting. This frosting is incredibly easy to make, and its ingredients are very simple. It’s perfect for cakes in the summer.

You can use fresh strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries. I chose fresh strawberries because they provide a strong flavor and a soft frosting. If you use freeze-dried strawberries, your frosting will be light pink in color.

Vegan Strawberry Frosting Ingredients 

  • Vegan butter 
  • Strawberry puree
  • Organic powdered sugar 

How To Make Vegan Strawberry Frosting 

I will tell you in three simple steps how I made. 

In one bowl, I added vegan butter.I used an electric mixer to soften the vegan butter. 

Then, add strawberry puree and beat it. For making strawberry puree, add strawberries and sugar in a food processor and blend until smooth.To incorporate freeze-dried strawberries, grind them into a fine powder with a blender or spice grinder. Afterward, blend the powder into the frosting.

Add (28 grams) of powdered sugar at a time, making sure to sift it first to remove any clumps. Mix on low speed until each 28g is fully mixed in and the frosting is thick but easy to spread.

Use frosting on your cake and enjoy!
