- 2 cans 400 ml each full-fat coconut cream (chilled)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 –3 cups strawberries sliced
- 3 medium bananas sliced
- 250 –300g vegan biscuits or graham crackers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Whip chilled coconut cream with maple syrup and vanilla until fluffy.
Slice strawberries and bananas evenly.
Layer biscuits, cream, and fruit in a dish.
Repeat layers until filled, finishing with cream on top.
Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Slice and serve cold for best texture.
