- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp cream cheese or Greek yogurt
- 2–3 medium tomatoes sliced
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil or thyme small handful
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare puff pastry on a lined tray. Score a border and prick the center.
Blend feta, cream cheese, garlic, and olive oil until smooth.
Spread whipped feta over pastry center and top with sliced tomatoes.
Drizzle olive oil, season, and add herbs.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
