Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri

If there’s one drink that instantly screams summer, it’s a strawberry watermelon daiquiri. This version is completely non-alcoholic, but still delivers that same icy, fruity you expect from a classic.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed, seedless
  • cups strawberries hulled
  • ½ cup lemon or lime soda or sparkling water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey optional
  • 1–2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Add watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, soda, and sweetener to a blender.
  • Add ice and blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Adjust thickness with more ice or liquid if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
