Strawberry Banana Milkshake

My best summer drink and enjoyable treat is here! The strawberry banana milkshake is not only refreshing but also full of energy. You can enjoy it as a dessert or even for breakfast. The main three ingredients of this healthy drink are strawberry, banana, and milk, all of which are bursting with taste and energy.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 frozen or fresh Ripe Strawberries, halved (approx. 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • I used a blender to make strawberry banana milkshakes. First, measure the milk and pour it into the blender. 
  • Then, cut the tops off the strawberries and halve them.Peel the banana and slice it. Add the halved strawberries and sliced bananas to the blender.
  • Since I made it as a dessert, I added ice cream instead of vanilla.Blend until smooth.

Notes

If you like a thicker milkshake, you should use frozen fruits. For a thinner milkshake add more milk.
