- 500 g shrimp peeled & deveined
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 –3 tomatoes diced
- 1 –2 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 –2 limes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Mix diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make salsa; set aside.
Season shrimp with spices, salt, pepper, and oil.
Cook shrimp in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Toss cabbage with a little lime juice and salt.
Warm tortillas in a pan.
Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, and tomato salsa. Serve immediately.
