Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 –3 tomatoes diced
  • 1 –2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 –2 limes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make salsa; set aside.
  • Season shrimp with spices, salt, pepper, and oil.
  • Cook shrimp in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  • Toss cabbage with a little lime juice and salt.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan.
  • Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, and tomato salsa. Serve immediately.
