Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets about 5–6 oz each
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 3 –4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 large lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup asparagus or green beans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and pat the salmon fillets dry.
  • Make the sauce by whisking melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and zest, honey, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Arrange the salmon and vegetables on the sheet pan. Toss the vegetables with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread everything into an even layer.
  • Brush the salmon generously with the lemon garlic butter mixture, reserving a little for serving if desired.
  • Bake for 12–16 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and is cooked through. Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra color, watching carefully.
  • Finish and serve with fresh parsley, lemon slices, and an extra squeeze of lemon juice. Spoon the buttery pan juices over the salmon before serving.
