Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the tray.
  • Top with raspberries and pistachios.
  • Freeze for 3–4 hours until solid.
  • Break into pieces and serve.
