Ingredients
  

  • cups 283.75 g unsalted butter
  • cups 338 g creamy peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • teaspoons 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cups 510 g powdered sugar, sifted

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Pan

  • Grease an 8-inch non-stick baking dish with butter, or line it with parchment paper and grease the parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Fudge Mixture

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter and peanut butter.
  • Heat the mixture until it begins to boil, then remove it from the heat.

Step 3: Add the Final Ingredients

  • Stir in the salt and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Step 4: Pour and Chill

  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover the surface of the fudge with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1 hour, or until it is fully set.

Step 5: Serve and Store

  • Cut the fudge into squares and serve.
  • Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container. It can be kept at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
