Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread white, whole wheat, or gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1–2 tablespoons jelly or jam strawberry, grape, or favorite flavor
  • Optional: banana slices chia seeds, honey

Instructions
 

  • Lay out two slices of bread.
  • Spread peanut butter evenly on one slice.
  • Spread jelly on the other slice.
  • Combine the slices, peanut butter side down on jelly.
  • Press gently, cut diagonally, and serve.
