Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup jam or jelly

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth.
  • Mix in the egg, then stir in flour and baking soda.
  • Roll dough into balls and place on the tray.
  • Press a small indent in each and fill with jam.
