- 1 lb ground turkey
- ¼ cup powdered pork rinds
- ¼ tsp onion granules
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- No sugar added ketchup for serving
- Chives or green onions sliced, for garnish
