Lemon Blueberry Spoon Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix 15–16 oz
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- ¼ cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, and sugar until combined.
- Fold in lemon zest and blueberries gently.
- Spread batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and slightly soft in the center.
