- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional seasonings garlic powder, oregano
Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
Add eggs, shredded cheese, and seasonings; blend again.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
Pour batter into thin circles and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
Remove once set and flexible.
Cool slightly before filling and serving.
