- 3 cups shredded cabbage green or mix
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 –2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- ½ jalapeño finely chopped (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, vinegar, and honey until smooth.
Stir in cilantro and jalapeño.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes, then serve with shrimp tacos.
