- ½ lb ground beef
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
Cheeseburger Salad Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until smooth.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onion to a large bowl.
Top with warm beef and shredded cheese.
Drizzle with dressing, toss gently, and serve immediately.
