- ½ head green cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- 1 medium carrot shredded
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
Thinly slice cabbage and massage lightly with salt.
Thaw and dry edamame.
Combine cabbage, edamame, carrot, and green onions.
