Butter Lettuce Salad with Strawberries
These days, I’ve been trying more salad recipes, and honestly, I’m enjoying them a lot so is my whole family. They look beautiful on the table, and everyone loves the fresh, colorful presentation.

- 6–8 butter lettuce leaves
- 1 cup hulled strawberries sliced
- 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
- ½ cup rhubarb sliced or lightly cooked
- A handful of sliced or slivered almonds toasted
- 2–3 tbsp honey mango dressing
Rinse and tear butter lettuce leaves into a bowl.
Slice strawberries, cucumber, and rhubarb; add to lettuce.
Toast almonds in a dry skillet until golden.
Drizzle honey mango dressing over the salad.
Toss gently to coat all ingredients.
Serve immediately for crisp, fresh texture.
