Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter for frosting

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
  • Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and blueberries.
  • Fill cupcake liners and bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden.
  • Cool completely before frosting.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Frost cupcakes and top with extra blueberries before serving.
