- 2 –3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup melted butter or oil
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin.
Mash bananas in a bowl, then mix in butter, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in sugar, then fold in flour and baking powder.
Gently mix in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups three-quarters full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and set.
